Role: Reservationist

Hours: Full Time 40 hours per week with rotational evenings and weekends

Salary: £27,000 per annum

We’re seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Hotel Reservationist to join our Reservations team. You’ll provide exceptional customer service while managing guest bookings and creating outstanding first impressions that reflect the high standards of Carden Park Hotel.

Your Day With Team Carden

  • Handle guest reservations via phone, email, and online booking systems
  • Provide accurate information on room types, rates, packages, and hotel amenities including the spa
  • Process bookings, amendments, and cancellations efficiently
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate guest records in the reservation system
  • Coordinate with Reception and sales teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals
  • Upsell room upgrades and hotel services where appropriate
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries and requests

About You

  • Previous experience in hotel reservations, front desk, or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Comfortable using reservation systems and basic computer applications
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Professional telephone manner and customer‑focused attitude

Due to the rural location of Carden Park, applicants should have access to a vehicle or reliable transport methods.
