Quantity Surveyor (Consultancy)

I’m currently working on a Quantity Surveyor opportunity based in Birmingham.

The role is with a well-established built environment consultancy that is open to speaking with candidates at different levels, particularly those actively working towards their APC or just chartered.

It’s a great opportunity to join a growing team with strong project exposure and career development support.

Key responsibilities

• Pre and post contract QS duties
• Cost planning and tendering
• Managing project costs and valuations
• Client and contractor liaison
• Supporting project delivery across a range of sectors

Qualifications

• Consultancy experience
• A relevant degree
• Experience with JCT contracts
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• MRICS or APC ambition would be beneficial
