Estates & Facilities Caretaker – Security & Repairs

Barking & Dagenham College is seeking a full-time College Caretaker to maintain premises cleanliness and security while assisting in estates maintenance. You will work on a 3-shift pattern and handle operational activities including managing helpdesk tickets and performing minor repairs.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in building trades, organisational skills, and knowledge of health and safety regulations. We offer a competitive salary of £27,893 – £28,657 pa inc London Weighting.
