gap personnel are recruiting for a Digital Analytics Manager to join a Sunday Times Top Track 100 retailer with over 200 stores nationwide.
The Role
You’ll own the digital analytics strategy across a multi-brand estate, using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Cloud Platform, and OneTrust to deliver insights and drive performance across websites and apps.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead digital analytics and measurement strategy
- Manage GA4 implementation, tagging, and tracking (GTM)
- Oversee consent and cookie management (OneTrust)
- Deliver reporting, dashboards, and actionable insights
- Analyse customer journeys, conversion, and performance
- Collaborate with Product, UX, Dev, and Marketing teams
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and governance
About You
- Strong experience in digital analytics (retail/ecommerce preferred)
- Advanced GA4 and GTM knowledge
- Experience with data tools (BigQuery or similar)
- Strong understanding of KPIs, attribution, and customer journeys
- Excellent analytical and stakeholder communication skills
