£23k-£27k + benefitsEllesmere Port (office-based, Mon-Fri 9-4)

This isn’t a sit‑back role. You’ll be right in the mix:

• Working side‑by‑side with experienced consultants
• Finding and qualifying top‑quality candidates
• Building real relationships (not just firing CVs out)
• Spotting leads and opportunities to help grow the desk
• Becoming a market expert in a specialist sector

Whether you’re starting out or already in recruitment, we care more about your attitude than your CV.
