Were working with a growing renewables business in South Wales that is bringing experienced solar teams in-house to support a strong pipeline of domestic and commercial projects.
This is a full-time employed role for an established 2-man team – not subcontracting, not ad hoc work.
Whats on offer
- £45,000 basic per person
- Performance bonusestaking earnings to£55k£65k+
- Overtime available

The work
- Solar PV installation
- Battery storage systems
- Mixture of domestic and commercial projects
- Additional M&E / ventilation work during quieter solar periods
What were looking for
- Established 2-man team(must already work together)
- Proven experience insolar PV + battery installs
- BPEC Solar PV qualification
- Battery / energy storage certification
- Strong standards – clean installs, no call-backs
- Professional on-site attitude
