Youth Worker

Make a difference where it matters most. We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Youth Worker to join our team in Dudley, supporting young people to build confidence, resilience, and brighter futures. You’ll create safe, engaging spaces, deliver inspiring activities, and provide guidance that helps young people thrive in their communities. This role is for a full‑time, Level 6 Youth Worker and is a fixed‑term vacancy until 31/03/2027.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 1‑to‑1 interventions to support individual young people.
• Plan and facilitate group work delivered in schools and the community.
• Support young people in a youth club environment.
• Create and maintain safe, engaging spaces for young people to work and learn.
• Design and lead activities that promote confidence, resilience, and positive development.
