Location: London (Central London office, hybrid flexibility available)

Industry: Digital, Data, and Life Sciences recruitment in the German market

Compensation: OTE £30k–£45k with fully uncapped commission—no threshold.

Role Responsibilities

• Headhunting and sourcing specialist candidates across Germany.
• Screening and interviewing candidates for high‑value roles.
• Managing candidates from first contact through to offer acceptance.
• Delivering an outstanding candidate experience at every stage.
• Working side‑by‑side with a top biller to drive results.
