We’re working with a high‑growth AI company that is scaling rapidly and investing heavily in its marketing function.
They’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of digital performance channels and drive measurable pipeline impact. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll manage acquisition channels end‑to‑end, run structured experimentation, and build a scalable performance engine within a fast‑moving marketing team.
You’ll report directly to the Marketing Director and have the autonomy to shape channel strategy, test new opportunities and optimise performance across the funnel.
What you’ll be responsible for
Paid acquisition & demand capture
Own performance across Google Ads and LinkedIn, managing budgets directly within platforms and optimising campaigns end‑to‑end. You’ll focus on improving efficiency, lead quality and pipeline contribution.
Performance & experimentation
Build structured testing frameworks across campaigns and landing pages. Define success metrics, strengthen attribution and use data to inform channel strategy and budget allocation.
Website conversion optimisation
Improve digital conversion performance across website and landing pages. Work with freelancers where needed on redesign and CRO initiatives.
HubSpot & owned channels
Manage campaigns, workflows and reporting within HubSpot, ensuring clean tracking, strong lead handover to Sales and continuous funnel optimisation.
What they’re looking for
- 5–7+ years experience in digital marketing
- Strong hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
- Experience managing performance against SQL, pipeline or revenue targets
- Comfortable managing media budgets directly within platforms
- Experience building experimentation frameworks and testing roadmaps
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
- Experience in a startup or scale‑up environment preferred
- Degree from a Top 200 Global University (2:1 or above)
