Title: Retail Supervisor

Location: Stonehenge, Amesbury, Wiltshire, SP4 7DE

Salary: From £25,849 per annum, depending on skills & experience

Hours: 36 hours per week, full time, permanent

Job type: Permanent

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the Stonehenge retail operation, supporting and working closely with the Retail Manager and the Retail Supervisor team.
  • Lead and support a team to ensure visitors receive the highest standards of customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, legal, and English Heritage policies throughout all retail activities.
  • Manage retail operations during weekends and Bank Holidays, in accordance with shift patterns.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated customer service focus.
  • Committed to continuous personal development.
  • Analytical and numerate with the ability to assimilate information quickly and accurately.
  • Comfortable using basic technology such as EPOS systems, tills, touch screens, and mobile devices.
