Job Overview

We’re looking for a Programmer to join our team based in Glastonbury, Somerset.

Location: Glastonbury, Somerset

In this role you’ll help maintain high service standards whilst ensuring all works are properly scoped and documented.

Job Details

• Site based – 5 days per week
• Hours: Permanent Full Time (40 hours per week)

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning, permitting and scheduling planned and reactive works in line with Streetworks requirements
• Producing detailed works handovers and scheduling works to operational teams
• Liaising with clients, third parties and stakeholders to optimise network occupancy
• Assessing plant and material needs, undertaking risk assessments and ensuring works are planned cost-effectively
• Maintaining clear and accurate programmes with correct information and ensuring compliance throughout

Qualifications

• Communicates effectively with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels
• Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team environment
• Is confident using Microsoft Office applications
• Builds strong working relationships through excellent interpersonal skills
• Stays organised and manages multiple priorities effectively
