Internal Sales Executive – Bristol/Avonmouth (HQ Office-Based)

Location: Office-based role – candidates must live within 30 minutes of Bristol/Avonmouth

Salary: £35,000 basic + uncapped commission (excellent OTE)

We are a leading UK supplier of high-performance building and roofing solutions, known for our commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. We’re expanding our dynamic sales team and are looking for a motivated Internal Sales Executive to join our Bristol/Avonmouth HQ.

About the Role

In this office-based telesales position, you’ll play a key part in driving our continued growth by generating and nurturing sales opportunities over the phone. You’ll engage with both new and existing customers, build strong relationships, and promote our range of products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact potential and existing customers to identify sales opportunities
  • Develop strong product knowledge to provide tailored recommendations
  • Support the external sales team with qualified leads and appointment setting
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage customer follow-up
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

About You

We’re looking for a confident communicator with a genuine enthusiasm for sales and customer engagement. You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in telesales or inside sales (B2B preferred)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivation, resilience, and a results-driven attitude
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
