About the Role
We work in a person-centred, trauma-informed way to ensure that we build strong relationships with the people we support. Support is offered to all people, but often to those with challenging issues in their lives. This post delivers support as part of a team of Housing Support Workers and Assistants.
Responsibilities
- Provide housing‑related support packages to people in West Leeds.
- Assist with housing and support services as part of a team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with supported individuals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Motivated and enthusiastic with a person‑centred approach.
- Ideal for someone seeking an entry‑level position in housing or support.
- Ability to work within a team and adapt to challenging situations.

This is a maternity cover post ending on 06/08/2027.
