About the Role:

As our Asset & Delivery Assistant, you’ll support the delivery of high‑quality Asset Management and Planned Delivery services by ensuring our surveyors, contractors and customers have the right information at the right time. Data accuracy, planning discipline and excellent communication sit at the core of this role.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating stock condition surveys, managing customer and contractor updates, and supporting the wider asset compliance, maintenance and investment programmes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and allocating stock condition surveys to ensure efficient delivery
  • Managing no‑access cases, refusals and re‑scheduling with a responsive, customer‑focused approach
  • Providing accurate updates to contractors, surveyors and customers
  • Supporting programmes linked to decent homes, investment planning and repairs
  • Maintaining accurate CRM and asset management records (CX, Keystone/Foundation)
  • Monitoring workflow pressures and proactively escalating resource issues
  • Supporting with customer communications, Section 20 consultation admin and planned works processing
  • Providing general administrative and business support to the Asset & Planned Delivery teams
  • Acting as an effective, solutions‑focused team member in a busy, time‑critical environment

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and able to thrive in a fast‑paced asset environment.

You’ll need:

  • Asset‑related experience, ideally with exposure to stock condition, decent homes standards or planned investment programmes
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear updates to customers, contractors and colleagues
  • Responsiveness and confidence in managing a large, varied and time‑critical workload
  • A calm, solutions‑focused approach in a busy environment
  • Intermediate Excel proficiency and excellent general IT skills
  • Experience of working with real‑time workflow management systems
  • A good understanding of repairs, maintenance and asset services
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support shared targets
  • Strong organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail

    What you’ll get in return:

    This is a permanent role working 35 hours per week. You can work from either our Merseyside or Cheshire office, with regular travel to Merseyside expected. We also offer hybrid working arrangements.

    You’ll be generously rewarded with a competitive salary and a great benefits package, including 35 days’ annual leave, plus bank holidays. This includes a 3‑day Christmas closedown between Christmas and New Year and you have the option to buy up to 5 extra days annually.
