Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Formby

Salary: £26,938 – £28,609 plus up to £2,000 performance-related bonus

Working Hours: 18.5 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday 09:00am – 17:30pm & Saturday 09:00am – 12:30pm

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Set and achieve daily goals and KPIs to influence team success and support salary progression.
  • Deliver high‑quality service in call audits and maintain excellent standards.
  • Resolve complaints into positive outcomes by using patience, empathy and problem‑solving skills.
  • Handle policy queries and changes, acting as the go‑to expert for customers.
  • Provide VIP service to every customer, regardless of their situation.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company’s values and creating exceptional experiences.
