Hiring: Learning Business Partner

Location: Broughton, Cheshire

Our client is looking for a proactive Learning Business Partner to support training delivery in a production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver and manage learning plans for assigned business areas
• Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and priorities
• Act as the main contact for all learning-related queries
• Lead regular meetings to track progress and address challenges
• Monitor training effectiveness and anticipate future needs
• Collaborate with training providers for smooth delivery
• Contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives
