Overview

Personal Assistants (Support Workers) support individuals with learning disabilities, providing daily personal care, moving and handling, positive behavioural support, and expanding social networks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Provide moving and handling support, ensuring safety during transfers.
• Deliver positive behavioural support and encourage independence.
• Expand social networks and promote choice and independence.

Qualifications

Experience in care is not required; we recruit based on values and transferable skills.
