General Manager / Customer Director- Central London – Office

Responsibilities

Oversee operations of a site circa 360,000sq ft., ensuring customer focus and delivery of ESG, NET Zero, WELL, and WIRED Score objectives.

Manage a site of similar scale from practical completion through commissioning and tenant fit‑outs, showing prospective customers around and leading an on‑site team.

Set and manage service charge budgets, oversee health and safety on site (IOSH or NEBOSH required), and forge clear lines of communication with tenants and service partners to create a “one team” ethos.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a site of comparable scale.
• Experience mobilising post practical completion, commissioning, and tenant fit‑outs while demonstrating on‑site leadership.
• Knowledge of setting and managing service charge budgets.
• Experience overseeing health and safety with a relevant IOSH or NEBOSH qualification.
• Strong customer‑centric approach with the ability to engage tenants and service partners.
