Pay: £102 – £115 per day (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Permanent, full-time
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm

About this job
You will work closely with teaching staff and therapists to support students with a range of complex needs, including ADHD, SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health), and sensory and behavioural needs.
Responsibilities
- Providing 1:1 and small group support
- Assisting with personalised learning activities
- Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
- Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and engagement
- Supporting personal care where required
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEN and complex needs
- Calm, patient and adaptable
- Ability to build positive relationships and maintain professional boundaries
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passionate about supporting vulnerable learners
- Experience in education, care, youth work, coaching, or support work (desirable)
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
- Right to work in the UK
- Relevant experience supporting children or young people
- References covering the last 2 years
