IT Support Analyst – £300 Per / Day | 4/5 Days per week in London (3-6 Months)
Here at Burns Sheehan, we are working exclusively with a Global Private Equity Firm as they look to bring in an IT Support Analyst to support their London office. This role sits within their European IT team and focuses on delivering high-quality support to senior stakeholders and visiting teams.
This is a hands‑on position suited to someone confident working in a fast‑moving environment where communication and professionalism matter as much as technical knowledge. You will be supporting senior leaders day to day, making sure technology works exactly as it should across laptops, meeting rooms, collaboration tools and remote access.
The Role:
You will act as the go‑to person for technology support in the London office, ensuring both on‑site and remote users receive a reliable and responsive service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high‑level support to executives and senior stakeholders
- Setting up and supporting laptops, mobile devices and Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams and OneDrive
- Managing users and permissions within Active Directory and Azure AD
- Supporting Exchange Online and hybrid environments
- Troubleshooting network connectivity, VPN and remote access issues
- Managing meeting room technology including AV systems and video conferencing platforms such as Teams, Zoom and Webex
- Working with infrastructure and security teams to resolve more complex technical issues
- Maintaining clear documentation and knowledge resources
