Multi Trade Operative.
Current vacancies for Multi Trade Operative for a housing provider based in Dudley / Rowley Regis.
A mobile multi-tradesperson responsible for diagnosing and completing broad range of responsive repairs and void maintenance.
- Ensuring all works are completed in compliance with current building / construction regulations and legislative requirements.
- Ensuring all works are conducted in compliance with current health & safety legislation, with method statements and risk assessments undertaken where appropriate.
- Meeting or exceeding all KPIs including (but not limited to) customer satisfaction scores, productivity levels, quality of work, ‘right first time’, recalls and appointments kept.
Ideally you will have level 2 minimum in a trade discipline and have experience of day to day plumbing and carpentry.
You must have a full UK driving licence, DBS check, and have good IT skills including use of a PDA system.
Van and tools provided.
