Are you an experienced engineering professional with a mechanical background ready to lead a plant and make an impact? Join a well‑established environmental services company managing landfill and restoration sites across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers, overseeing reactive and planned maintenance.
• Conduct routine inspections, ensure machinery is maintained and lubricated, and delegate tasks to minimize downtime.
• Operate Monday – Friday 6:30am – 6pm.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role.
• Background in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Commutable to Bridgewater.
