Job Description:

We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic and committed individuals to provide support to the Fostering and Adoption team. As a Business Support administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our offices.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and organising office documents and records
  • Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls
  • Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
  • Providing support to various departments and services as needed
  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment

Qualifications

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

In accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.

Salary and Benefits

Salary: £25,989 – £27,254. The successful candidate will start at the bottom of the pay scale. Competitive salary & pension – enjoy a local government pension scheme.
