Behaviour Support Specialist for Student Engagement

GSL Education – South Yorkshire is seeking Behaviour Support staff in Sheffield to guide young people with behaviour, engagement, and emotional regulation. This role involves working closely with teaching staff, helping pupils manage behaviour, and fostering positive relationships.

Ideal candidates will have experience with children with behavioural needs, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in pupil wellbeing. An Enhanced DBS is required, or a willingness to apply for one. The role is available immediately on a full-time or part-time basis.
