Supplier Assurance Project Support Manager

Location: Bupa Place (Salford Quays, M50 3SP) • Hybrid (1 day per week in the office) • Full time, 37.5 hours • FTC 6 Months • Salary: £56,000 to £70,000 per annum

How you’ll help us make health happen

  • Support the planning and delivery of supplier assurance and risk management projects
  • Help track and report on supplier compliance with required standards and controls
  • Work with internal teams and suppliers to support assurance activities
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to supplier performance
  • Assist with audits, reviews and reporting activities
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
  • Support stakeholders by providing clear updates and insights
  • Ensure all activities meet internal policies and regulatory requirements

Key Skills/Qualifications needed for this role

  • Has experience in project support, risk, supplier management or governance
  • Demonstrates strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Can manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Has good communication skills and builds strong working relationships
  • Is comfortable working with data and reporting information clearlyShows a proactive and solution-focused approach
  • Is confident working both independently and as part of a team

Relevant experience in healthcare, financial services or regulated environments would be beneficial, but not essential.
