Remedy Social Work is seeking an Adults Social Worker to join the Mental Health team in the London borough of Lambeth. You will manage a caseload, conduct assessments, and plan care for individuals with support needs, ensuring compliance with the Care Act 2014.

The role involves working closely with clients and carers, providing vital information about services and entitlements, and addressing safeguarding concerns effectively. A referral bonus of up to £250 per placement is also available.
