Are you a Continuous Improvement Engineer with a Welding background looking to join a market‑leading manufacturer where you can play a key role in driving process improvements, increasing efficiency, and delivering impactful engineering projects?

Role

• Analysing production processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Implementing lean manufacturing initiatives across the welding division.
• Managing improvement projects from concept through to implementation.
• Driving continuous improvement and lean manufacturing projects within a busy manufacturing environment.

Candidate

• Engineering qualification or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Process Improvement.
• Desire to progress within a large organisation.
