Community Case Worker — Resettlement & Opportunity Coach

Shaw Trust is looking for an individual to manage a caseload of participants in Southampton, supporting them to engage and overcome barriers to successful resettlement. This role involves facilitating delivery at Satellite Hubs across the region and helping participants achieve agreed milestones and develop enhanced skillsets.
