Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize audits across a diverse client portfolio
- Lead on-site audit teams, providing guidance and mentoring to junior staff
- Manage budgets and deadlines to ensure efficient engagement delivery
- Take ownership of complex or high-risk audit areas
- Review files for completeness prior to managerial or director review
- Build strong client relationships with clear, confident communication
- Collaborate across teams to deliver seamless client service
- Participate in group audits, consolidated accounts, M&A, restructuring, advisory, and accounts work alongside audit engagements
Candidate Profile
- ACA or ACCA qualified, or within 6 months of qualification
- Proven experience leading audits from planning to completion
- Strong technical knowledge of FRS102 and ISAs
- Commercially aware with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
- Excellent communication skills, confident in client-facing situations
- A supportive team player with a passion for mentoring others
