We are currently recruiting to our Short Break Service – Haddon House, Burnley. Caring and reliable Community Support Workers are needed to work within the Burnley Pendle and Rossendale Short Break Service in Adult Social Care at Lancashire County Council.

About The Role

We are looking for cheerful and positive individuals who would like to make a difference to the people we support, and join our team. The Short Break Service requires Wake and Watch Community Support Workers to care for individuals during the night, supporting them to enjoy their respite and night time routine.

Key Responsibilities

Provide supportive care and assistance to residents during night shifts.

Assist with night time routines and provide companionship.

Support residents to enjoy their respite experience.

Qualifications & Skills

No specific health or social care qualification required.

Must have a caring nature and a good heart.

Basic interpersonal and communication skills.
