Maintenance Person

Requirements

• A minimum of 12 months on your right to work.
• Must hold a valid driving licence and use of your own vehicle.
• Must be available to work 40 hours per week, including alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the building and grounds in line with health and safety requirements.
• Assess and undertake repairs including painting and decorating, grounds maintenance, plastering, repairing doors and windows.
• When work cannot be completed internally, liaise with our head office team to refer the repair to a contractor.
• Ensure safety, ensuring the care home is safe for all residents.
• Ensure work is completed and recorded in line with legislative and regulatory requirements.
