Job Role of the Electrical Lead Engineer
We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Electrical Lead to join a modern, high-tech manufacturing site. You will be responsible for overseeing the electrical team carrying out electrical maintenance, fault-finding, and planned preventative maintenance on a range of automated and semi-automated production machinery, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency. The role is mostly desk based with the requirements to be hands on around 30%.

Non‑Negotiable Requirements
- Electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Hands on experience with pre‑planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast paced industrial factory.
- Previous experience managing/leading a maintenance team
- Recognised electrical engineering qualification.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
- Previous experience working in a food or FMCG environment
