• 08:00 – 16:00
• 09:00 – 17:00

The Best Connection Tamworth are currently recruiting for Call Centre Operatives to join a leading vehicle glass repair and replacement specialist. This is a 12-week assignment with full training provided and no previous experience required.

Job Role

• Handling inbound calls from customers (no cold calling)
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving queries
• Liaising with engineers via phone and email
• Ensuring jobs are managed efficiently from start to finish
• Supporting with general admin duties including filing, copying, and data entry
• Using Microsoft Word and Excel

Requirements

• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic IT skills (Word and Excel)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and professional approach
