A leading Tier 1 Investment Bank is seeking a Senior Clearing Product Manager to join its Global Markets business and play a key role in shaping the future of its Clearing and Prime Services platform.
This is a highly strategic position sitting at the intersection of Product, Technology, Operations, Risk and Front Office, responsible for driving the development, expansion and optimisation of critical clearing infrastructure across Futures Clearing, OTC Clearing and FX Prime Brokerage.
The successful individual will combine strong market infrastructure expertise with exceptional programme delivery capabilities, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver large‑scale strategic initiatives that support growth, scalability and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy across Futures Clearing, OTC Clearing and FX Prime Brokerage.
- Lead large‑scale business and technology transformation programmes from inception through implementation.
- Drive clearing infrastructure expansion, including new products, markets, exchanges and clearing relationships.
- Partner closely with Technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable platform solutions.
- Develop and deliver strategic initiatives that enhance client experience, operational efficiency and commercial performance.
- Work across Front Office, Operations, Technology, Risk, Finance and Compliance to ensure successful delivery of key business objectives.
- Assess market structure developments, regulatory change and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Support business risk management and governance frameworks across the clearing platform.
- Build strong relationships with exchanges, clearing houses, vendors and external market participants.
- Contribute to the broader commercial strategy of the business through product innovation and revenue generation initiatives.
Required Experience
- Significant experience within Clearing, Prime Brokerage, Market Infrastructure or Post‑Trade Services.
- Strong understanding of Futures Clearing, OTC Clearing and/or FX Prime Brokerage.
- Proven track record delivering complex business and technology transformation programmes.
- Experience working closely with technology teams and a strong understanding of platform architecture, system workflows and infrastructure development.
- Ability to operate effectively across Front Office, Technology, Operations and Risk functions.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
- Commercially minded with the ability to identify and execute strategic growth opportunities.
