SSQ is partnering with an elite US law firm who have an opening for a Conflicts Analyst to join their expanding international team in London.
Reporting to the head of conflicts in London, the successful Conflicts Analyst will play a vital role in the firm’s risk management, conducting extensive research, analyzing corporate structures, and interpreting complex data to produce conflict reports. You will ensure compliance with professional conduct rules, assist in drafting waiver language, and manage conflict resolution documentation. Additionally, you will provide crucial communication to attorneys, manage data systems, and offer training on conflicts and intake policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience within a legal, compliance, risk or regulatory environment is required, with exposure to conflicts, new business intake or AML processes highly desirable.
- The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, sound judgement, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced professional services environment.
