Finance Transformation Lead – Higher Education (Contract)

JSS are currently partnered with a Higher Education client seeking a Finance Transformation Lead to support the design and implementation of a new Target Operating Model (TOM) across both professional and academic services.

This role will have a strong focus on the finance function, working closely with a broad range of stakeholders from CFO level through to Management Accountants, driving change, improving processes, and embedding new ways of working.

Key requirements:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven experience leading finance transformation programmes
• Experience within Higher Education is highly desirable (staff and/or student lifecycle exposure)
• Strong stakeholder management across senior leadership and operational teams

Contract details:

• Hybrid working – 2–3 days per week on-site in London
• £575 Per Day
