About the role

We are looking for a Receptionist Administrator to support our frontline team in Stockport. The role involves providing back‑office skills, engaging with callers, and ensuring smooth office operations to help our support workers thrive.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle telephone calls and provide clear, friendly assistance.
  • Assist front‑line staff with administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records using MS Office.
  • Support daily office functions to enable frontline workers to focus on care.

Qualifications

  • Positive, approachable attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • Clear telephone manner.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Experience using MS Office.
