What you will do
- Conduct strengths-based assessments to determine the support needs of adults using innovative approaches and methodologies.
- Carry out safeguarding enquiries focusing on the well-being and safety of individuals under your care.
- Work collaboratively as part of an integrated community service within a fast-paced environment.
- Navigate complex situations involving long-term conditions, dementia, hoarding, substance misuse, and safeguarding concerns.
- Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and outcome-focused care.
Our ideal candidate
We are seeking an experienced Adults Social Worker who is registered with Social Work England and has a minimum of three years of post-qualified experience within statutory Adult Social Care. You should possess robust safeguarding experience and the ability to cover the borough as needed. A commitment to strengths-based and outcome-focused practice is essential for this role.
