Care and Support Worker

Salary

£12.99 per hour weekdays and £16.24 per hour at weekends.

Location

Malvern, National Star’s supported living accommodation.

Work Hours

Full time, 37 hours a week or part time 20‑36 hours a week. Employees will work shifts and alternate weekends. Early shift: 7:00 am – 2:00 pm. Late shift: 2:00 pm – 9:00 pm (or 9:30 pm).

National Star’s supported living accommodation in Malvern provides a cosy, long‑term home for adults with learning disabilities. As a care and support worker you will provide the highest standards of personalised care, enabling residents to pursue hobbies, interests and aspirations.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest standards of personalised care to residents.
• Enable residents to enjoy their hobbies and interests and realise their aspirations.
• Work all shifts and alternate weekends as scheduled.

Requirements

• Female support staff only, due to the intimate personal care needs of residents.
• Must be willing and able to work shifts and alternate weekends.
