Senior Architect

Our client is looking for a talented Architect and Team Leader to manage a portfolio of 10–15 private residential projects in the UK (construction values £500k–£5M), and lead a small team of 3–5 people.

The ideal candidate will be confident running high-end residential projects through all RIBA stages, with excellent communication skills and a strong design sensibility.

Key Requirements

• Qualified Architect with 5+ years’ experience

• Experience delivering high-end London residential projects

• Skilled in AutoCAD (Revit is a plus)

• Confident managing clients, consultants, and project teams

• Excellent spoken and written English communication

• Commercially aware and detail-oriented
