Contract Support – Facilities Management

Up to £32,000 (DOE)
We are currently working with a well-established Facilities Management provider who are looking to recruit an experienced Contract Support to join their team in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and supportive environment, providing key administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of FM contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Contract Manager and engineering team with day-to-day operations
- Raising and managing jobs via CAFM systems
- Scheduling planned and reactive maintenance works
- Handling client queries and providing updates
- Managing documentation, reports, and compliance records
- Processing purchase orders, invoices, and general financial administration
- Ensuring service delivery is in line with SLAs and KPIs
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Contract Support / Helpdesk / FM Administrator role
- Experience using CAFM systems (e.g. Concept, CAFM Explorer, Maximo, etc.)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
