Job Title: Asbestos Supervisor (Removals)

Location: Bristol, Somerset

Salary/Benefits: £160 – £220 per day + Training & Benefits

Responsibilities

• Supervise teams of asbestos removals operatives.
• Ensure licensed projects run in line with agreed deadlines and scope.
• Liaise with sub‑contractors and clients.
• Provide regular updates to clients.
• Handle logistical issues on site.
• Lead any required training for site staff.
• Inspect completed works to ensure compliance and maintain high service levels.
• Report to management on progress of works and highlight areas for improvement.
• Build strong working relationships with clients.
• Travel in line with company needs.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience working as an Asbestos Supervisor across removal projects.
• Ideally holds the Asbestos Supervisor ticket.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent industry technical knowledge.
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
• Organised approach to work.
