Morson Group is seeking a Production Engineering Manager based in Fareham to lead the production engineering function within our manufacturing operation. This role focuses on improving production performance and efficiency in bespoke fabrication environments.
The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and proven experience in developing workflows and leading continuous improvement projects. An understanding of lean manufacturing and experience in sheet metal fabrication is highly advantageous.
