Summary

Ministry and Worship Support

• Assist during church services, prayer meetings, Bible studies, and special programmes
• Support worship services through coordination, setup, and congregation assistance
• Help prepare teaching materials, scripture readings, and service schedules

Pastoral & Community Support

• Support pastoral teams in caring for church members
• Participate in prayer support, visitation assistance, and follow-up activities
• Assist with community outreach, evangelism, and faith-based charity initiatives

Administration and Church Operations

• Support church administration, records, and ministry coordination
• Assist with event planning, conferences, and special services
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold church values at all times

Conduct and Representation

• Live and serve in a manner consistent with Christian faith and NTGC values
• Represent NTGC respectfully within the church and wider community
• Work under the supervision of church leadership at all times
