Role Overview
We’re hiring a Support Worker for 42 hours per week. Shifts run from 8am to 8pm and include sleepovers. You will work across all days Monday to Sunday. Flexible scheduling is required to ensure fairness for all staff.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and taking the client to appointments.
- Manage personal finances.
- Provide companionship at night and ensure the client’s safety and comfort.
- Offer support for mental health, learning disabilities or trauma‑informed care.
Qualifications
- Experience in mental health, learning disabilities, or trauma‑informed care is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, Monday to Sunday.
- Genuine occupational requirement: male colleague for this particular role under the Equality Act 2010.
