Senior Roofing Contracts Manager – Large-Scale Refurbishments

Mitchell Maguire is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager Roofing based in Greater London. The ideal candidate will manage refurbishment projects for commercial roofing, ensuring timely deliveries and compliance.

Responsibilities include overseeing site operations, managing budgets, and maintaining client relationships. Candidates must have extensive roofing experience and strong leadership skills, as well as an understanding of health & safety regulations.

Remuneration is GBP60,000 – GBP75,000 with additional benefits including a car allowance, pension, and 25 days annual leave.
