Salary up to £33,500 per annum plus tips.

About the role

As an Assistant Manager, you will be a key driver of the restaurant’s success. Working closely with the General Manager, you will help organize, plan, and run the business, taking ownership of the guest experience and developing the team.

Responsibilities

• Step up as person in charge when the GM is away, managing the team and ensuring our values are fulfilled each shift.
• Live and breathe the customer journey and coach the team to deliver high standards every day.
• Partner with the GM to monitor performance, manage costs and meet financial targets.
• Take ownership of restaurant presentation and ensure shifts run seamlessly.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting.
• Excellent communicator able to inspire and give constructive feedback.
• Results‑driven with interest in business growth and performance.
• Passionate about hospitality with a lead‑by‑example attitude.
