Role Overview

As our Organisational Development Director, you’ll sit at the heart of the business, working as part of the senior leadership team to create a culture where people thrive and performance follows. You’ll define our approach to leadership development, talent strategy, organisational design, and cultural transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a clear, compelling OD strategy aligned to our business goals.
• Shape leadership capability to build confident, accountable, and inspiring leaders.
• Drive a high-performance, values-led culture that people genuinely want to be part of.
• Lead talent, succession, and workforce planning to support our continued growth.
• Support organisational design and change initiatives across the business.
• Champion engagement, inclusion, and wellbeing in a way that feels authentic rather than overly corporate.
• Use data and insight to continuously improve how we develop our people.

Qualifications

• A proven OD leader comfortable operating at both strategic and hands‑on levels.
• Experience in a commercial, operational environment (multi-site or frontline workforce is a plus).
• Ability to influence, challenge, and build trust at senior levels.
• A natural collaborator who brings energy, curiosity, and fresh thinking.
• Strong track record of delivering meaningful cultural and organisational change.
• A genuine belief that great businesses are built on great people.
