Retail Marketing Associate
The Retail Marketing Associate will co‑create and implement a fully considered marketing plan that is brand‑appropriate and market‑right to acquire and secure the loyalty of customers in a high‑paced, ambitious environment. The role requires an ambitious, confident, and persuasive individual who is highly comfortable managing large‑scale projects involving several internal and external stakeholders, including Marcom and Commercial peers as well as external partners.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Assist with the creative ideation, production and delivery of new projects, event concepts, hospitality and gifting initiatives that drive awareness, engagement and desirability.
- Partner cross‑functionally to ensure flawless implementation of all operational logistics (Creative, Hospitality, Operations, Retail, Asset Protection, Legal, Procurement).
- Own the coordination of all key logistics surrounding initiatives and events.
- Pre‑event duties: create event briefs, brief and print invitations and other key event collaterals, develop branded elements, coordinate timely delivery per project, source new vendors and cultivate strong supplier relationships, provide AV briefing, cast models and hosts, manage gifting and inventory, and support pre‑event deliveries and logistics.
- Post‑event duties: assist with arranging post‑project logistics, receive and organize all photography assets, and support key internal and external post‑project debriefs.
- Champion brand guidelines and always‑on elevation journey at all touchpoints and across all teams.
- Strategise and orchestrate seasonal content for the channel working with Agencies, European Buyers, Creative and Brand Teams.
- Manage the implementation and reporting of Print and Digital Out‑of‑home advertising campaigns in line with phase timing and trade response.
- Work with and contribute to the performance and digital marketing team to ensure brand credentials are well integrated and fully considered strategies are executed.
- Contribute to monthly communication to the RL retail organization sharing roadmaps and supporting documents in a clear, timely and organised manner.
- Support with budget management and reporting through ownership of POs, collaborating with finance and liaising with vendors.
- Help identify innovative ideas to guarantee strong brand awareness and engagement.
- Under‑stand the fashion ecosystem, both online and offline, and omnichannel integration.
- Possess relevant knowledge in Marketing.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- The candidate must have the right to work in the UK.
