Apprentice AV & Warehouse Technician – Warehousing Level 2 CSP Audio Visual Ltd

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing AV equipment for events
• Load, unload, and organise equipment in the warehouse
• Check equipment in and out using inventory systems
• Perform basic testing and cleaning of AV equipment
• Help maintain warehouse cleanliness and organisation
• Pack and label equipment safely for transport
• Follow health & safety procedures at all times
• Assist with deliveries and collections when required

Skills & Requirements

• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and take instruction
• Basic understanding of technology or electronics preferred
• Physically fit and able to lift equipment safely
• Good timekeeping and reliability
• Attention to detail and organisation skills
• Basic computer skills beneficial
• Full UK driving licence is an advantage but not essential

Training Provided

• AV equipment handling and setup
• Warehouse procedures and stock control
• Health & safety training
• Manual handling
• Basic troubleshooting techniques

Working Conditions

• Warehouse-based with occasional onsite event work
• May include early mornings, evenings, or weekend shifts
• Fast-paced environment with manual handling duties
